1 Step to a Successful Weight Loss Journey

 

 

People spend hundreds of dollars on trainers, gym memberships, organic foods and even books. People ask, “How do I lose weight?”  It's a million dollar question and all want the answer. And guess what, I got the key. I have the answer!!
You ready, take a seat, now get up it's simple….


1. Keep Starting Over...


Most will say “Crystal what do you mean?” “I don't want to keep starting over, being repetitive, never completing.” “I will never lose weight that way.” The fact of the matter is not every person is built the same. Some have no self-control, drive, or knowledge. And hell those are all examples of me.

I have been playing tug-of-war with my weight for years. I have tried diets, pills, books, DVD, trainers, and fasting. But, it's still a war, I have yet to win. “But what does the win look like?” Really, I’m not sure. But, what I do know, is that I have never completely given up. I keep starting over and that's ok for me. I start over every Monday!!! Now by Friday I may be eating a 4 for 4 from Wendy’s but sometimes doing right 5 out of 7 days is good. I’m no Dr. Phil, so consult with a physician, because me...  I'm with the shits lol!!!! - (don’t trust me)


YOU have to do something, YOU have to make progress, YOU have to challenge yourself! You can't just sit on the couch eat a Big Mac meal, a large shake, two apple pies, with a diet coke and not at least walk your ass to the mailbox. YOU are going to have to get off your ass and do something. Breathing is not enough boo. My rule of thumb is, I don't drink my calories, I eat them. I love H20!! Find what works for you make progress and never give up.
